Growing Together — DJE Original
18″ x 22″ | Framed Original Art
Vibrant and deeply symbolic, Growing Together explores connection as something living—shaped by individuality, shared experience, and the continuous act of becoming. Organic, petal-like forms rise across the composition in an interwoven rhythm, each distinct in color and gesture yet connected through a network of flowing charcoal lines.
Warm shades of blush, coral, peach, and sunlit yellow bring an uplifting energy to the canvas, while soft ivory highlights create depth within each form. The darker lines weave between them like stems, pathways, or roots, providing structure while emphasizing the relationships that hold the composition together.
A joyful original—warm, rhythmic, and beautifully rooted in connection.
Framed size: 18 x22

DJE original art is an expression of life’s journeys and relationships, using shapes, patterns, color and texture as a symbolic interpretation of how things felt at the time. Wood, fabric, paint and plaster on canvas are all in play. For DJE, making art is a path for personal understanding and clarity. If the art speaks to you the viewer, if it captures your imagination, raises questions, evokes emotion, one man’s process may enlighten another’s. In this way, art is personal and transcendent.
CUSTOM COMMISSIONS: Art originals are indeed just that: one-of-a-kind creations. Please know, however, that DJE loves personal commissions. Perhaps an already-sold work of art speaks to you. Maybe you’re intrigued by piece, but desire a change in size, palette, material or content. The creative process can even be collaborative with regard to dimensions and color preferences. Where to begin? The custom process starts with an email.
